I was in town visiting my parents for the holidays and needed a hair appointment asap. My mom recommended Cicely to me, and she was amazing and super professional! She took me in even though I was running about 15 minutes behind for the appointment, she treated my hair with love, was extremely attentive, and gave me tips on how to best maintain my natural hair. I got a silk press and I needed a big cut (not a trim); she got rid of all my dead ends, breakage and old color and styled it into the cutest bob! Plus, we made a cute before and after video for her IG page and I had so much fun filming it! I’ll definitely be going to Cicely next time I’m in Orlando! 5 star experience!

I could not be happier! A friend recommended Empire to me, and from the moment I met Cicely, I knew I'd been sent to the right person. Her vibe is welcoming and friendly. She listened attentively and knew exactly what I was trying to describe (my first wig, and it needed to be shaped up to suit me). She set me up! I felt cute enough to walk out wearing my 'alternative hair' in public (and Publix) for the first time. Hair loss is traumatic, but this appointment? Was just plain fun, and the bad stuff was out of my head for a minute. She earned my trust, and I left feeling good about myself. Thanks, Cicely!

Cicely is da bomb. Idk what's in them cabinets but its the good shit! Ive been twice now, and her customer experience is 10/10! Always personable, funny. She is a true hair educator. Amazing amazing!
